Delivery

For all larger items we use a premium courier service. For small delivery items we usually use Royal Mail. We will request your mobile telephone number, email address and any special delivery instructions so that we can keep you fully advised of  progress and ensure safe delivery.

Delivery times

Once an order has been accepted, we shall do our best to dispatch the order within 5-10 working days. This is an expected delivery time - it is not guaranteed, but we do have an excellent record of fulfilling orders well within this timescale. All Ex-Stock items are usually shipped out the same or following day. If circumstances arise which mean that there is likely to be a significant delay then we shall inform you of this.

Please bear in mind that almost all of our products are handmade and a small number are specifically made to order.

PLEASE NOTE

Unfortunately there are instances where courier companies charge an additional fee for deliveries to UK addresses that they classify as remote. These may include, but are not necessarily limited to, the Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. We will advise you by e-mail if there is any surcharge to pay for delivery.

Please feel free to advise of any special delivery instructions to ensure that your parcel is delivered safely to you – For example ‘Please leave with neighbour at No. 42 if we are not in’. Please note that any such instructions are to be complied with at the courier’s discretion.

International Shipments

We ship our products all over the world. Please get in touch with us so that we can advise the best and most cost–effective way to send the item/s of choice to you.

Please note that we will ship on Delivered Duty Unpaid / Delivered At Place terms unless advised differently.
